Brown sugar and brown butter, turns out it’s a pretty good combination. This is a seriously good cookie recipe. It’s nothing complicated, but the flavour is really good. Two pieces of advice: use really dark brown sugar, and try not to eat all of the dough before it makes it to the oven (luckily this recipe makes a big batch).
